He has set up more than 400 projects in and around the city and provided his valuable inputs for the crucial success of the various projects. He has served as Internal Auditor of J.K. Industries Ltd. controlling more than 56 branches all over India. Also as Office Manager, J.K. Industries Ltd., looking after entire Madhya Pradesh (Now Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh). Provided Consultancy for establishment of more than 400 Projects, of which some are Lloyd Steel Ltd., Bhatia Steels, National Metals and Kusum Ingots. In Soya bean Sector to Anjani Solvent (I) Ltd. DivyaJyoti Industries Ltd. and Ishar Agro Industries Ltd., wherein the project of Anjani Solvents was on turnkey basis.

Since 1996, he has been into education with the esteemed institute in the city. He has many research work to his credit which includes research work on BRTS in Indore. He has completed his PhD in Management on the topic, titled “Management of Self for Organizational Effectiveness: A Visit to Jainism” in the year 2009. Under his supervision 4 Ph.D. has been awarded and 8 Research Scholars are pursuing Ph.D.
